What is Rational Anarchism?
Rational Anarchism (RA) is a philosophical movement embracing the cause
of freedom for all rational agents. RA provides a framework for the
full expression of intelligent nature. The Basic Principles of
Rational Anarchism are:

Rational Agents are self governed through the application of reason
to ethical principles.

Dynamic rational agents become more ethical through the practice of
ethics.
|
|
Ethical principles are universal.
|
|
Evil is the absence of ethical practice.
|
|
Ethics cannot be practiced by rational agents who are not free to
choose their own actions.
|
|
Government - the application of force against free choice - denies
the practice of ethics, and is, therefore, the primary cause of evil.
|
|
The physical needs of rational agents are a function of their
embodiment.
|
|
There is no universal embodiment for rational agents.
|
|
Economics exists for the satisfaction of the physical and
intellectual needs of rational agents.
|
|
No single system of economics meets the needs of every instance of
rational agent.
|
|
Any ethically valid social organization must permit the simultaneous
operation of multiple economic systems.
